The Eventigizer Technology Association brings together producers, AV engineers, congress organisers, platform builders, and venue operators shaping Türkiye's event landscape. Through shared standards, mentorship, and an annual conference, we make event tech a profession worth choosing.

Our Mission

Standards. Mentorship. Recognition.

We exist because event technology in Türkiye has been treated as a support service for too long. Our members hold the standards, write the playbooks, mentor the next intake, and gather annually to compare notes on what actually shipped. Three things, done in earnest, year after year.

Membership is open to anyone working in event production, AV engineering, congress organisation, or event platform development. Join a growing community of professionals shaping how Türkiye runs its conferences, expos, and live experiences.

Five membership tiers — from Student at 25 EUR/year through Lifetime at 2,000 EUR one-time. All members get discounted access to the annual Conference, listing in the members' directory, and voting rights at the General Assembly.

For trainees enrolled in an event tech, AV, or related programme. Full conference discount.

Regular

100 EUR / year

The default for working professionals. Conference discount + directory listing + voting rights.

Lifetime

2,000 EUR one-time

Never renew. All Regular benefits, permanently.

For individuals who have shaped event technology in Türkiye.

Network

Direct access to the people building, running, and shipping events in Türkiye. The directory isn't LinkedIn — it's vetted, current, and small enough to actually use.
